RETURNS

Not satisfied with your order? Let us resolve this for you. Please send us an email to office@fitspireactive.com.au including your order number, item name(s), reason for return and whether you'd like an exchange (stock permitting) or credit/refund.

Conditions

Products must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags and packaging still intact. Any marks, odours or pet hair will not be accepted. Clearance items are final and non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Items that do not meet this policy will be returned to the customer with no refund, exchange or credit.

Returns period

If you have changed your mind or chose the wrong size, you have up to 28 days to make a return from when you placed your order. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Credit or exchange will be offered equal to the amount paid for the item(s). We do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, so please choose carefully.

Afterpay returns

Returned items purchased with Afterpay will be refunded back to your card if any payments were made. Afterpay will then either cancel your payment schedule for a full order refund or reduce your installments for a partial refund.

Faulty item

Send us an email to office@fitspireactive.com.au with photo proof of the fault for our assessment. If we deem this as a manufacturing fault and not caused by normal wear and tear or misuse, we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement (stock permitting) free of charge, providing your return is within 28 days of purchase.

Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be processed in the same method the original payment was made.
